End-User Certificate
Information for purchasing split air conditioners
According to Government Decree 14/2015. (II. 10.), all equipment operating with fluorinated greenhouse gases (most air conditioners fall into this category) may only be installed by a professional or company authorized by the National Climate Protection Authority. To receive the equipment, you must have an End-User Certificate issued by the installing company.
How to get the equipment?
Due to legal regulations, we are only entitled to hand over or deliver air conditioning units purchased from our webshop after the presentation of a properly completed and signed End-User Certificate.
The certificate is issued by your chosen air conditioning installation company, which must hold the appropriate licenses. Please send the original, signed, and stamped document by mail to the following address:
