Warranty and Guarantee Information
Products sold by Grepotech Kft. come with tiered warranty coverage as per current legal regulations:
- Selling price of HUF 100,000 - 250,000: 2-year warranty
- Selling price above HUF 250,000: 3-year warranty
⚠️ SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR AIR CONDITIONER WARRANTY
Please note that the warranty for air conditioning units is only valid if all of the following conditions are met:
- Professional Installation: The unit must be installed by a professional with a valid F-Gas identification number.
- Installation Certificate: The buyer must retain the certificate of installation.
- Regular Maintenance: The unit must undergo certified professional maintenance at least once a year (twice a year if the air conditioner is also used for heating).
Attention: The manufacturer's warranty will be void in case of malfunctions resulting from improper installation or lack of maintenance!
