3. ⚖️ GENERAL PROVISIONS
3.1. These GTC regulate the legal relationship between the Service Provider and the Buyer.
3.2. Governing laws: In particular, the Civil Code (Ptk.), Act CVIII of 2001 (Ektv.) and Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.).
3.3. Detailed rules regarding data management are contained in the separately available Privacy Policy on the website.
4. 🛒 ORDER AND CONTRACT
4.1. Purchase: Possible with registration or as a guest (without registration).
4.2. Process: Cart → Enter data → Choose payment method → Review → Finalize.
4.3. Formation of contract: The contract is formed with the automatic confirmation email sent by the Service Provider, which contains the details of the order.
5. 💰 PRICES AND PAYMENT
5.1. The prices shown on the website are Gross prices, meaning they include the VAT required by law.
5.2. Available payment methods:

I acknowledge that my personal data stored in the grepotech.hu user database by Grepotech Kft. (2440 Százhalombatta, Liszt Ferenc sétány 13. 1st floor 3rd door) will be transferred to OTP Mobil Kft. as a data processor. The scope of transferred data includes: name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address.

Google Pay (G Pay) fast payment
If you choose Google Pay as your payment method, the essential data required for the transaction will be securely and encryptedly transmitted to our payment processing service provider (Stripe / Shopify Payments) and to Google LLC (Google Ireland Limited).
Grepotech Kft. does not obtain, store, or process the customer's bank card details in any form.

6. 🚚 DELIVERY AND PICK-UP
6.1. Delivery time: Generally 2-5 business days, subject to stock availability.
6.2. Method: Via our contracted courier service partners.
Data management: For the purpose of delivery, the buyer's shipping data will be handed over to our partners (GLS / DPD / MPL).
IMPORTANT: Upon receipt, you are obliged to check the integrity of the packaging in the presence of the courier! In case of damage, request a damage report or refuse to accept the package. In the absence of a report, we cannot accept subsequent complaints regarding physical damage.
7. ↩️ RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND STATEMENTS
7.1. Customer Withdrawal (For Consumers Only)
Based on Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.), private individuals have a 14-day right of withdrawal without justification. The intention to withdraw must be communicated by email to: grepotechwebshop@gmail.com

ATTENTION: In the case of an installed air conditioner, the buyer is responsible for the depreciation. The cost of professional dismantling is borne by the buyer!
7.2. Service Provider Withdrawal - Legal Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Grepotech Kft. makes every effort to provide accurate information, but technical or typographical errors may occur.
Incorrect price: We reserve the right to correct obviously erroneous prices (e.g., "0 Ft" due to a system error) and to refuse the order.

⚠️ For economic organizations (corporate purchases), the right of withdrawal CANNOT be exercised!
8. 🛠️ WARRANTY AND GUARANTEE
8.1. Warranty for defects: In the event of faulty performance by the Service Provider, you may assert a claim for warranty for defects in accordance with the rules of the Civil Code.
8.2. Product warranty: In the event of a defect in movable property, you may request the repair or replacement of the product from the manufacturer.
8.3. Guarantee: The mandatory guarantee is based on a tiered system (2 years for products between HUF 10,000 and HUF 250,000, 3 years for products above HUF 250,000).
8.4. ❄️ Air conditioners: The basic condition for the warranty is installation by a qualified (F-Gas) professional and the existence of a properly completed Installation Certificate!
8.5. Gas stoves / Boilers: The condition for the guarantee is commissioning by an authorized service or a qualified technician and a certified guarantee card.
8.6. More detailed description of the information is contained in Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.).
9. 💬 COMPLAINT HANDLING AND LEGAL DISPUTES

9.2. Conciliation Body: In the event of a legal dispute, you have the right to turn to a conciliation body to resolve your consumer dispute out of court.

10. 📑 FINAL PROVISIONS
10.1. The Service Provider is entitled to unilaterally amend these GTC, with prior notice to the Buyer.
10.2. Validity: These GTC are valid from their publication until withdrawal.
11. 🎫 TERMS OF USE FOR COUPON CODES
We want your shopping experience to be seamless. Please read the following information regarding the validation of our coupon codes.
1. How to redeem a coupon code
You can apply the coupon code on the Checkout page.
- On mobile or desktop, enter the code in the "Discount code" field, then click the "Apply" button.
- The discount amount will be immediately deducted from the total.
2. General rules and restrictions
- One code per purchase: Coupon codes cannot be stacked; only one code can be used per order.
- Sale items: Coupons generally apply only to full-priced items and cannot be combined with sale prices.
- Validity period: Expired codes are automatically rejected by the system.
- Minimum cart value: Some coupons become active only above a specified amount.
3. What the discount does not apply to
- Shipping cost: The coupon is deducted from the product price and does not apply to the shipping fee.
- Gift cards: Gift cards cannot be purchased with a coupon code.
4. Troubleshooting
If the code does not work, check:
- The exact spelling of the code (case-sensitive).
- The coupon's terms and conditions (minimum value, product category).
- The coupon's expiration date.
Important: It is not possible to redeem a coupon after the order has been placed!
